Shipping Information

We offer free shipping Australia wide for all purchases over $AUD30. For all orders under $AUD30, there is a flat rate shipping charge of $9.

Standard Domestic Shipping

Parcels are shipped from Sydney.

We use Sendle for our shipping. The carrier chosen is at our discretion and is based on the delivery address and size of the order. We provide tracking information for all deliveries via Sendle.

Orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of payment. 

Depending on your location, delivery times can range from 2 to 7 business days. However if you are from a regional area this may take longer. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your delivery or if you require detailed information about your delivery. 

We do not require signatures as proof of delivery so your parcel may be left at your door. If you are not home during business hours, a good alternative to ensure you receive your parcel promptly and in good order is to arrange it to be sent to your work address.

International Shipping

International shipping is available and will be quoted on an individual basis. Please contact us to find out more.



If you have any questions or discrepancies with your order or any issues with any of the products you have purchased from Mabel & Joy, please let us know as soon as possible so we can endeavour to sort it out promptly.

Our friendly staff will assist you in returning, exchanging or replacing the products in question as required or simply answer your question.

Claims must be made promptly, ideally within 48hrs of delivery and no later than 10 days after delivery.

All claims must provide appropriate evidence and information requested in the below form to verify and be approved by the customer service team prior to the goods being returned.

The goods must also be returned in clean, saleable condition and within the same packaging.

Credits will be made after the product has been received and checked into our warehouse.

Please do not dispose of any products in question relating to your claim until the claim has been finalised as it may be required as evidence and/or further investigation.

Credits are unable to be issued on:

  • Discontinued items

  • Any item 10 days after delivery

  • Seasonal Merchandise (Christmas, Mother’s Day etc.)

  • Sale items and bonus buys (Trade show offers etc).
