Where will orders be sent from?
Parcels are shipped from Melbourne, Victoria.

Who will orders be sent by?
The carrier chosen is at our discretion and is based on the delivery address and size of the order. We provide tracking information for all deliveries via our chosen carrier.

When will orders be sent?
Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of payment during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm excluding Victorian public holidays).

Any orders placed after hours or on the weekend will be processed the next business day.

How long will my order take?
Depending on your location, delivery times can range from 2 to 10 business days. However if you are from a regional area this may take longer. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your delivery or if you require detailed information about your delivery.

Approximate standard delivery timeframes are as follows:

NSW/VIC 2-5 days
QLD/SA/WA/TAS 3-7 days
NT and regional 5-10 days
International from 3 days

Will I need to sign for my parcel?
Yes, we do require a signature as proof of delivery.

For Australian customers, please keep in mind Australia Post now has a new system where they will 'Safe Drop' your parcel if they deem there is a safe place to leave your parcel, even if the parcel requires a signature.

If you are not home upon delivery, it is your responsibility to collect your parcel from the Post Office. If you are not home during business hours, a good alternative to ensure you receive your parcel promptly and in good order is to arrange it to be sent to your work address.

Will my order be tracked?
Upon completing an online purchase, you will receive an email with your Order Confirmation and delivery details. You will also be provided with a link that will allow you to track the status of your delivery.

What do I do if I enter the wrong address? 
If you enter the wrong address, please contact us ASAP. If you have not received a tracking number yet, we can easily change your address. If you have received your tracking number, a $12 ‘return to sender’ fee and further $6 postage fee will be charged. Orders can not be refunded once the initial tracking number has been received.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, though regretfully we do not ship to the following countries:

  • Afghanistan
  • Guatemala
  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Syria
  • Yemen 
Please note:
All shipping addresses are to be written in English. If the incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, customers will incur a reshipping fee.

International Customs Information
International customs require that we state the value of your order, this is done in AUD. Any duties, taxes or fees that may be required in your country are the responsibility of the customer. Please note as the recipient you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise the amount this may be as order values, destination, country rules and regulations vary.
