Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

You cannot go wrong with the combination of peanut butter and chocolate, especially in our household. That's why we came up with our best-selling PB&C granola, which we know you loved. The battle was trying not to eat it as it came out of the oven! These bliss balls have the same theory behind PB&C, and are great for a pre-gym workout snack. They'll give you a hit of energy, without something heavy on the tummy. Filling, no nasties and a treat - winning!

Ingredients

1 cup cashews
½ cup peanuts
¾ cup peanut butter
3 tbsp brown rice syrup
3 tbsp BALANCE blend
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt


Method

1. Place the cashews and peanuts into your food processor and pulse. Set aside in a bowl.
2. Place all other ingredients in food processor to combine. Add nuts, and process until mix is smooth. You can mix the nuts in if you prefer a chunkier texture.
3. Roll into balls and chill.
