1 frozen (or unfrozen) banana
2 handfuls spinach (about 1 cup)
2 Tbsp Mabel & Joy’s Cleanse superfood powder
1 scoop protein powder
1 cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients in a blender and mix until you reach the desired consistency. It's that easy!
