Berry Smoothie Icypole

This couldn't be easier, and a great recipe to make with little ones. Adapt flavours and texture to your preferred taste, and you will open up a world of flavour combinations.

Berry is one of our favourites due to its refreshing taste, high concentration of Vitamin C plus, it's pink! Our little girl inhales this over Summer, and we guarantee, you will too!


1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
2 tbsp Mabel & Joy Restore Organic Berry Superfoods Booster
⅔ cup plain yoghurt
⅓ cup milk (any)


1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into moulds and freeze until just starting to set. Insert pop sticks and freeze until completely frozen (6-8 hours).
