PB&C smoothie

M&J have been doing farmers markets now for close to 6 months, and something we occasionally get asked is:

'How do you serve it?'

We're really excited to be able to offer a diverse array of flavours, which can complement many dishes and recipes. So after a couple of times answering with the usual response of, 'Yoghurt, berries, as bircher, etc', we decided to get busy in the kitchen and experiement with our products.

Always a fan of smoothies, James and I took the PB&C Blend to the next level; here's our take on the best darn smoothie this side of Pacific. 

PB & C smoothie

3 tbls PB&C Blend
1 cup almond milk (or any to your liking)
1 frozen banana
1 tsp chia seeds

Whiz it all up and boom - flavour sensation!

If you like your smoothie extra cold, throw some icecubes in to the blend after you have intitally blended it.
